Alberta Association of Library Technicians (AALT)
is dedicated to fostering and enhancing the professional
image of Library
Technicians. AALT was formed in 1974 to help promote a wider understanding
and acceptance of the Library Technician's status in Alberta and to
assist in the implementation of recognized provincial education standards.
June 8, 2009 The Spring 2009 issue of the AALT Technician is now available in the Members Only site, and the Spring 2008 AALT Journal is now on the AALT public site. The Journal Co-Editors are now accepting articles for the Summer 2009 issue. Submission deadline is July 10, 2009.
